Casa Rossella - Charming Lake Retreat in Rancio

Immersed in the hills of Lecco on Lake Como, our apartment is located in a historic yet well-maintained building, with a private entrance accessible via external stairs. Spread over two floors, the lower level welcomes you with a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, seating area, and TV. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen features a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining area. A guest bathroom with toilet, sink, and washing machine completes this level. Going up to the upper floor, you'll find two bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed and an open wardrobe, while the second bedroom has a single bed, an additional single bed, and a closet. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. A balcony offers a wonderful view of the lake.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated with bright finishes in shades of blue and dark red, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere.
The Rancio neighborhood, where our apartment is located, is renowned for its panoramic views of the city, the lake, and the surrounding mountains. It is also the starting point for various hiking trails, including those leading to Mount San Martino. While the city center is easily accessible by a short drive or bus ride, you can also take a 30-40 minute walk to explore it on foot.
The apartment is managed by Nativoo.it, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the  NativooForGood project which pursues sustainable development goals for short-term rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights
. Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying requires the payment of a Tourist Tax. Our policy is to collect the tax via credit card during the online check-in process.

  . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
