L'ordine, la pulizia della casa ed in generale ogni dettaglio erano al top. Cucina comodissima e ben fornita di tutti i servizi necessari. Bagno altrettanto funzionale e spazioso, con una comoda doccia. Il parcheggio sotterraneo a pochi passi dall'appartamento ha agevolato le operazioni di check-in e check-out coi bagagli. Il centro di Lecco si poteva raggiungere anche a piedi con una sana passeggiata collinare, con piacevoli scorci panoramici lungo il tragitto.
Gli scuri della camera da letto non isolavano completamente dalla luce solare esterna. All'alba volenti o nolenti ci si sveglia. Forse la sostituzione delle tende attuali con altre più oscuranti risolverebbe questo lieve problema.
