House was very clean and it was a beautiful setting. All ages enjoyed the game room and board games provided. The check-out instructions are short and simple which was very much appreciated.

Awesome location next to the river, even the drive leading up to the house! The house was very clean, well-kept and beautiful- with great amenities. Our family was so happy with our stay here and hope to have more visits in the future!

We had 8 of us staying for 3 nights. Accommodations were as described. Tight on the Des Moines River. Game room was a real plus for the children with lots of activities.
