Great location for boating at lake Rathbun. Quiet neighborhood. We would stay again. Definitely recommend it.

The front porch was great for all of us to sit in. Very peaceful and quiet area. Our host was very nice and responsive to questions. More seating in the living room would have been nice for watching movies at night. There was one couch that sat 3-4 people. However you could sit at dining room table and watch from there, just not as comfy. We had a great stay!
