Lightening fast WiFi, 4 Smart TVs and with all the streaming services. 2 refrigerators. 2 dining areas that can accommodate a total of 10. Super comfy beds-1 King, 3 Queens, 2 twins and sleeper sofa. Sleeps 11.
Location, location, location! A 20 second drive or three-minute walk to gate 6 of the Iowa State Fair! Only 4 minutes from I-235, and 7 minutes from downtown Des Moines. 1 minute drive to Sleepy Hollow Sports Park.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker, blender, juicer & electric kettle. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it! We're family friendly and have a playpen for the little ones.
Dedicated work space with desk. Deck for outside dining and gas grill. Washer and dryer for your convenience.
Parking for three or four vehicles in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
