THE ACCOMMODATION – Former Normandy Hotel dating from the Belle Époque

In July 2024, our apartment received a 3-star ⭐️ rating in the category of furnished tourist accommodation, a recognition of the quality of our services.

We fell in love with this extraordinary 58 m² apartment, which we completely renovated in June 2024, infusing it with the elegance of the Belle Époque with a touch of modernity. We would be delighted to show it to you!

Ideal for one or two couples, or a family with two children and a baby, it is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and includes:
• Two double bedrooms: - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) - A bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds, which can be joined into a large double bed
• Two bathrooms:
-One with shower, sink and WC
-Another with shower and sink
-Separate toilet in the hallway
• A fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare good meals
• A fibre optic WiFi connection, ideal for teleworking and streaming
• A bike/stroller room, with a flight of 10 steps to go up/down

Parking is paid on the street on weekends, on public holidays and during holidays, but free places are available about 50 meters away.

👥 Any additional person must be declared (tourist tax + €10 for cleaning/laundry)
🚭 Non-smoking apartment (vaping included)
⚠ No illegal use of the WiFi (downloads prohibited)
🍽 Meals must be taken only at the table (beware of stains on sofa/bedding)
💥 Breakage to be reported before departure (dishes, glasses...)
🧹 Please leave the apartment clean:
• Dishes washed and tidy
• Bed linen removed
• Garbage cans taken down to the designated room
In case of insufficient cleaning, an additional charge of €15/hour may be charged

💰 Deposit of €400 will be required on arrival (in cash). It will only be kept in case of material damage found after the stay.
