Beautifully kept property with everything you need. Richard had thought of everything! Bedrooms are interconnecting but teenagers were pleased not to share a room. Large front garden with car parking and it is also free to park on the street. Garage with 4 bikes, beach chairs and shopping trolley bag.

"My family of 5 rented this house in July 2011. It was perfect for us. Richard, the owner, was warm and welcoming. He provided a thorough tour of the house and kindly answered my many questions about Cabourg. (He speaks English well and was patient with my poor attempts to speak French.) The house was charming, clean, quiet, and well-appointed. We loved buying our food at the local market and eating outside on the private patio. The gated yard is perfect for families with children. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the market. Richard handled the rental quite professionally and returned my entire security deposit. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending this rental. We loved Normandy and hope to return!"

Petit cocon pour passer des vacances à deux pas des commerces et de la mer. Vous garez votre véhicule, et vous pourrez au choix profiter des vélos ou vous déplacer à pieds pour vos sorties. Maison ancienne de pêcheur très bien équipée (la cheminée est un vrai plus). Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. La maison est très bien située, proche du centre et de la plage. Elle est très bien équipée et agréable. Encore un grand merci à Richard, le propriétaire qui est disponible, à l’écoute et très agréable. Merci pour ce bon moment !

Propriétaire vraiment très sympathique. Une bouteille de cidre nous attendait à l'arrivée. Merci encore à Richard pour sa gentillesse. La maison est ni trop loin ni trop près de la rue piétonne marchande de Cabourg, de sa plage et ses restau. Le cafe MP de la digue est bizarrement pas forcement bien noté alors que le service est très sympa, rapide et la carte mixte (crepes, poisson, moules) et bonne ( on a testé crêpes salée, moules, raie...) L'environnement est très sympa pour des marcheurs. Donc en 1 semaine on a pu se faire plaisir à pied en grande majorité, aller à Houlgate qui vaut le détour... Pour la maison on était 3 donc ça a été. Les 3 chambres en enfilade pas forcément évident en fonction de la composition des résidents (c'est conforme au descriptif). Pour ceux qui aiment le grand calme, la rue passe quand même un peu en journée, mais est calme la nuit. Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et la maison est conforme au descriptif. Cabourg est très joli et sa longue promenade un plaisir ! Nous ne connaissions pas les.maisons à voir sont un plaisir !

Maison très bien située au calme, proche du centre et de la plage. Elle est très agréable et dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire. Il y a beaucoup de visites ou d'activités possibles dans les environs. Nous avons passés de très belles vacances. Seul point à noter pour les grands et les personnes âgées, l'escalier est très étroit et de plafond bas.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison qui présente tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances : des chambres bien aménagées pour recevoir 7 personnes, adultes et enfants, une grande terrasse avec barbecue...... La plage et le centre ville sont à 10 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cette location où l'accueil de Monsieur Khalfa a été fort sympathique. Marie-Françoise et Philippe

Descriptif conforme. Equipement très complet. Accueil agréable. Etat de propreté très satisfaisant. Nous avons apprécié pour notre petit fils de 4 ans la grande cour fermée, la proximité des animations et de la mer, les jeux mis à notre disposition y compris les 2 vélos pour adultes. L'envoi demandé de l'acompte et de la caution avant arrivée n'est pas rassurante pour un locataire nouveau mais finalement pas de souci. Nous pouvons recommander cette location à un ami.

Le logement est décoré avec goût, rien ne manque en terme d'équipement et le jardin est charmant. La maison est proche de la plage et également du marché et du centre ville ; le tout à pieds. Le propriétaire est attentionné vis à vis des locataires et il a assuré un suivi même après la location en nous retournant nos objets oubliés.
