Had the pleasure of staying at this property for the 80th anniversary of D-Day last June. Spacious, clean, and plenty of parking. Wish we could’ve booked for the entire Summer!

Really lovely property. Bit of a walk into Cabourg, but a beautiful one so wasn’t a problem. Really easy and quick check in, and hosts just let us get on with things without bothering us. Only negative might be lack of items for things like washing up in the kitchen, but otherwise all was really good

The old pottery is well equipped and was suitable to our party of three adults. Larger parties may find it a bit cramped. The location is good for the port and is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Dives sur Mer where there are numerous boulangeries and other shops, And a very good market on Saturday morning. It's also a short walk to Houlgate and a longer one to Cabourg along the promenade. We never met our host Phillipe who communicated promptly to all messages. Our only feedback is to replace the salad spinner :-) We rarely return to the same property but would be happy to make an exception for this one. We had a very good stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was nice and clean and had virtually everything we could have wanted. We met the owner twice whilst we were there- a lovely gentleman. The wider area was beautiful too- we loved visiting Cabourg and Houlgate as well as walking into Dives-sur-mer. We enjoyed the dog friendly beach at Cabourg which we visited every day with our little dog. We ate out most evenings and cooked at the house a couple of times. Our holiday was relaxed and very enjoyable

We loved the barbecue and the views of the sunset from the top garden, also the table tennis and the 'boules'. Fantastic location, not too far from the port, the beach (choice of) and the shops of Dives sur Mer. We bought and ate fresh fish from the local fish market. Room for everybody in the house and baby and dog friendly. Good French family holiday.

bonne situation. logement agréable. Il manque une barrière et un portillon pour fermer notre terrasse et sécurisé le lieu. Nous avons fais 2 barrières de fortune avec les transats pour nos 2 jeunes chiens, mais le problème peut aussi se poser avec de jeunes enfants.

Avons passé 3 jours dans cette jolie maison normande au charme indéniable. Très confortable et décorée avec goût. Bien située pour visiter Dives (et le superbe petit village de Guillaume le Conquérant! mais aussi pour une balade sur le port et la plage); Houlgate, Cabourg, Villers, Trouville et Deauville. Reviendrons bien volontiers. Superbe région et beau temps même en février. Quelle chance! Merci !

Maison agréable, situation pratique, on peut se rendre rapidement à pieds au centre-ville de Dives mais aussi de Houlgate et de Cabourg. Espace de verdure bienvenu autour de la maison avec des enfants (même en hiver).

Maison sympathique qui a une histoire. Bel agencement des pièces avec tout le confort.Situation idéale pour se rendre à la mer à pied. Le seul bémol est le bruit généré par les véhicules en contrebas du domaine le week-end.

Nous aurions apprécié d'être prévenus que 3 autres logements (très proches) se trouvent dans la même propriété, ce qui n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce. De plus, la propreté laissait à désirer lors de notre arrivée, notamment nous n'avons pas eu l'impression qu'un soin particulier avait été adopté en cette période de covid, et avons dû faire revenir la femme de ménage, qui ignorait que l'aspirateur se trouvait dans le buffet du salon ... Enfin, nous avons noté un manque d'entretien général des installations (ampoules défaillantes, douches bouchées, jeux cassés, vélos rouillés, grille de barbecue sale...); Dommage, car la maison et le jardin sur plusieurs niveaux, s'ils étaient bien entretenus, pourraient être très agréables.

Maison agréable même si nous nous attendions à plus de verdure aux alentours suite aux photos. Idéalement mieux pour un séjour en été car l'isolation n'est pas idéal et le chauffage un peu vetuste. Sinon la maison est charmante, bien équipée. Nous étions avec nos 2 enfants et n'avons pas manqué de place. Philippe le propriétaire est vraiment charmant et c'est très facile de communiquer avec lui.

Schönes Haus. Aber etwas dreckig. Leider dreckiges Geschirr in den Schränken und wenig. Die Handtücher rochen leicht muffig. Keine Schränke in den Schlafzimmern. Wir waren 3 Nächte mit 8 Personen dort. Für diese Zeit fänden wir es noch in Ordnung.
