This home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining & sleeps 16 comfortably. It's large open concept living/dining/kitchen allows you to interact with friends & families at all time. The huge porch from the second floor gives you a perfect VIEW OF THE BAY that can be access thru double french doors from the living, dining & master bedroom. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the cool breeze.
Downstairs opens directly onto a BRAND NEW POOL DECK & COVERED PATIO AREA. You will find a charcoal BBQ pit & outdoor furniture for your convenience

Everything you need is provided including all dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, oven, coffeemaker, pots & pans. Wifi access and Spectrum Cable for your convenience & entertainment. Also available is a washer & dryer so that you can wash & clean before you pack.

A large upstairs master suite boasts a king size bed, large walk-in closet, siting area to relax with a good book. Ensuite bathroom has a jet tub, a separate shower & double vanity sinks.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a king size bed and the other has two bunk beds with a full & a twin bed on top. The guests here share a full size bathroom with a large shower in the hallway.

There are plenty of towels and fresh linen upon your arrival so you don't have to worry about packing them.

This house is located on the bay side and about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach access. It is convenience to dining, shopping and many island activities.

When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out Beach WaterPark for a great family outing, the Island Equestrian Center for horseback riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc. for an interesting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, Clayton's Beach Bar which is the largest outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping and go-cart racing and so much more. Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
