Vehicle Maximum: 4 (includes golf carts, trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.)
PETS/ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED!
Spring Break/Holy Week Restrictions: All guests must be 21+ unless part of an immediate family group.
Wristbands are required for all guests during Spring Break/Holy Week and are $25 + tax, per person.
UPSTAIRS: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, futon bed & private bath. Guests bedroom with 1 double bed & 1 queen bed with a guest bath. Spacious, open concept, living room with 2 queen-size futon sleeper, office/desk nook & flat screen TV. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in bar, fully furnished with everything you need, including WIFI, to enjoy your stay, with adjacent dining room seats 12. This is just the upstairs units with access to a large balcony with a Bay view.
DOWNSTAIRS: Two bedrooms with full-size beds, one with a small seating area containing a full futon, with a Jack & Jill bathroom and an additional full bathe off of the living room. Open floor plan full kitchen/gameroom with granite countertop, pool table, TV, and a living room with a queen-size futon sleeper & a double futon. A French door open to the pool area.
POOL AREA:
Privately fence backyard with a 3' to 5' large play pool. Picnic tables, pool chaises & a charcoal grill for your enjoyment.
Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
