Welcome to your home away from home! This newly renovated house is perfect for families, professionals, and visitors exploring the River Falls area. Located just one mile from the UWRF campus and close to downtown River Falls, you'll be within easy reach of great dining, charming boutiques, and lively entertainment. Whether you're looking for indoor comfort or outdoor fun, this home has everything you need. With three spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, In-unit laundry and inviting outdoor amenities—including a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating—every detail has been thoughtfully designed for a memorable stay. The home is a duplex and both sides of the duplex are for short-term rental use. For parking, you will have access to the entire left* side of the driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect home base for our hiking visits to Willow River State Park (beautiful waterfalls!), Interstate State Park, and Afton State Park (river/beach area, forest, and prairie!). On the cold and rainy day we checked out the Falcon Center gym at UW River Falls and their climbing wall... great gym and super inexpensive for a day pass. Had a great meal at Lily Thai restaurant, delicious. This VRBO is conveniently located with parking in the driveway, clean, comfortable, well stocked, and perfectly controlled temperature with central air, very nice. The host provided all information needed and responds quickly. Overall this was a great stay. There were many other parks to visit but we ran out of time. The area is just beautiful and if we come back we would definitely stay at this VRBO again for sure! Thanks so much!

Cute place with comfy beds and great living room for hanging out. It was close to campus and downtown. On a quiet cul de sac with parking for 3-4 cars.
