About this house rental
This home, built by the predecessor owner in 1972, is very close to the River, although you cannot see it through the trees. It is situated on a dead-end road in the rural countryside a few miles South of Prescott.
The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean, with plenty of room to move about, but also cozy enough to light a fire, curl up to watch a movie, or enjoy a quiet family dinner prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. On the patio, you’ll find a bonfire pit and grill for cooking out.
There is enough seclusion that, even in winter, when the trees have dropped their leaves, it is difficult to see any neighboring houses.
The town of Prescott is only a six-minute drive away with several restaurants, bars, coffeeshop and grocery store . Enjoy beautiful sunset along the river, easy access public boat ramp, bike and snowmobile trails throughout. 20 minutes drive to Afton Alps. 15 minutes to wineries and apple orchards. 35 minutes to Treasure Island.
*There are 3 security cameras on the premises by the front entrance, parking area, and patio door.

Positive stay and very clean and comfortable home. Everything clearly marked and available from soap and shampoo to coffee and creamer! While we didn’t use it there is a wonderful game room for fun entertaining. The home is settle in a very quiet and peaceful area. Thanks for the great home for us to stay in while we celebrated a family wedding in Hastings!

House was clean. Nice yard to hang out and visit. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with all the necessities. Clear instructions.
