Whether you're seeking indoor comfort or outdoor entertainment, our home has it all. From the three spacious bedrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay for families, groups of friends, solo getaway or business travelers. In addition to its many features, this home also offers the convenience of in-unit laundry and a spacious living room with plush seating, adorned with soft cushions, where you can relax while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay. This includes 3 bedrooms, one sleeper sofa, and one bathroom. With our code door lock, you'll receive a unique access code prior to your arrival, granting you easy and private entry into the property at any time that suits your schedule.
The home is a duplex. (Owners live next door). For parking you will have access to the entire right side of the driveway.

My husband and I brought my elderly father back to his hometown to see his brother and attend a funeral and we chose to stay at In-N-Out Trout. This was an incredibly clean, cozy, and absolutely phenomenal place to stay. The hosts are amazing, communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here if you are ever passing through River Falls!

Fully equipped kitchen, including basic spices, oil, flour, sugar.Laundry on site in basement Comfortable sleeping accommodations.Only one bathroom.3 bedroom s and pull out couch.Could be difficult for some people to get up and down the stairs inside homeWe enjoyed our stay, especially our grandkids sleddi mg down the backyard hill. Loved the snow fall!They were so excited to find a sled in the closet!!So appreciated the quick correspondence with owner and his immediate follow up.

The property is nice and in a good location. Huge yard and all the amenities. Elderly folks might struggle with stairs to go to the main level.
