About this house rental
Newly remodeled and fully furnished large 4 bedroom house in the country for a true Wisconsin experience. Next door to a bar/restaurant/ banquet center but still quiet. The House is on the snowmobile trail with plenty of parking, surrounded by farmland, and within walking distance to fishing on the Willow River.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.

The main level has a large open kitchen and diningroom with seating for 10, a large bathroom with a whirlpool tub, a new laundry area, separate entry way, and a living room which could be used as an extra sleeping room. House is fully furnished with all new beds, new appliances, and satellite TV. The kitchen has all new cabinets, granite countertops, basic utensils, dishes, and small appliances. There is an large deck for barbecuing and relaxing, a large yard, plenty of parking, and an attached garage for smokers. We provide free ice as needed. No pets.
Roosters Roadhouse next door has free WI-FI, dart machines, pool table, 6 big screen TV's, horseshoes courts, indoor and outdoor bean bags, and event space for up to 200 guests.
Located 5 minutes from New Richmond WI, 10 minutes from the New Richmond Regional Airport, 15 minutes to floating on the Apple River, 1 hour to US Bank Stadium, St. Paul Minneapolis International Airport and the Mall of America.. We would be happy to provide airport pickup, other transportation if desired, and help with any other requirements.

Very clean, well kept property. It was nice to have Rooster Roadhouse right next door without having to drive into town to eat. The hosts were very nice and available to answer questions. Would most definitely stay again.
