Lovely cottage for a small family in a nice, quiet cottage area. The cottage is 52 square meters, with 3 rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room. All the rooms in the house have new double beds that can sleep 6 people. The kitchen is small but has everything you need for cooking, including an electric stove with oven and a refrigerator with freezer. The kitchen opens onto the living room, which allows socializing to continue even while cooking. The living room consists of a shared living/dining room with space for 6 people at the dining table and in the sofa arrangement. The living room also has a fireplace that can be lit during cold weather. The outdoor areas offer a nice lawn with space for play, as well as a large terrace with a covered section. The terrace is nice and private, shaded by a half wall and a fence facing the road. The house is heated with electric heating, and there are electric radiators in all rooms. There is also an air-to-air heat pump, which is large enough to heat the entire house. The house is not rented out to youth groups or groups of tradespeople.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
