Modern amenities include cable TV, high-speed fiber internet, and underfloor heating in both the bathroom and entrance. The bathroom is equipped with a relaxing spa bath, and a washing machine is available in the utility room. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a tiled terrace facing east, ideal for breakfast in the morning sun, as well as a second terrace facing south, perfect for soaking up the afternoon warmth.
