Adorable cottage in desirable and convenient location. 2 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 (plus full sleep sofa in living room). 4 guests allowed to book, but you may have up to two guests sometime during your stay. Meticulously maintained, hardwood floors, granite counters, updated bathroom. Strong wifi. Central A/C. Close to the beaches, Historic Newport Cliff Walk, Norman Bird Sanctuary and local vineyards. Covered porch with rockers, cozy living room with large flat screen TV, cable and WiFi. Side yard, with table and chairs, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Off-street parking for 2 cars.

Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Property was close to the beach, clean, and had good outdoor space for our dog. Great family weekend!

The cottage was absolutely adorable and just the right size for my son and I while we were in Newport for a long weekend event. Kath was extremely accommodating and couldn't have been any nicer. We plan on returning as well as suggesting this place to friends who plan Newport stays.

Great location and neighborhood. Very clean. Small but comfortable. Bathroom a little tight, but works. Communication great, easy “check in”.
