Less than two miles to Newport center and to mansions. Perfect family or couples get away. Cozy living room with large flat screen TV, cable and free WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full frig, oven/stove with separate dining room. All bed and bath linens provided. Full unfinished basement. Nice back yard and patio to relax or entertain in, with table and chairs, BBQ grill, and a large electric awning. Full size Washer/dryer. Off street parking for 3 cars. Air conditioned.

This was the perfect place for our stay- especially with its walking distance to the starting line at Easton’s First Beach for the race we were participating in. Not having to worry about parking or shuttles made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Jim’s communication was excellent and made everything seamless from start to finish!

We stayed in this home over Christmas with our family of six and 2 dogs and it was a great fit for our needs. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and we prepared several meals during our stay without any issues. Bathrooms were stocked with essentials like soap and shampoo, which was appreciated.We couldn’t figure out the heat when we first arrived, but the owner was very responsive and communicative, and clearly willing to do whatever was necessary to resolve it. That responsiveness made a big difference, especially during a holiday stay. Overall, the home had all the amenities we needed and provided a comfortable stay for our family. We would stay here again.
