Lower Broadway dining is just steps away, the waterfront is easy to reach, and the address works especially well for wedding weekends, family stays, and group trips built around time in town.
Together, the homes offer 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths, along with two kitchens, separate living areas, and the second-floor outdoor deck. The first-floor home includes three bedrooms, one full bath, a kitchen, and living space. The second-floor home includes three bedrooms, one full bath, an updated kitchen, a refreshed living area, and the newly refurbished expansive deck.
Across both homes, the interiors feel bright and well kept. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, and natural light give the second-floor home much of its character, while the overall layout works especially well for larger groups coming to Newport together.

Guests will have access to both homes included in the reservation, along with the first and second-floor outdoor porches/living areas. The washer and dryer are located in the basement at the base of the stairs. There is driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles, and additional parking is available on the street.
The Neighborhood:
The Broadway area gives guests a side of Newport that feels more local while still keeping the city’s best known spots close at hand. Restaurants, bars, and casual favorites are nearby, and downtown Newport, Thames Street, and the waterfront are all easy to reach. It is a good location for guests who want access to the energy of Newport without staying right in the middle of the busiest visitor areas.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should be aware this reservation is for two full units as part of a duplex. Access to both units is on the exterior only, there are no interior stairs for moving between the units.
