From the moment we entered this home, we were a happy family! There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable together or when a little "space" was needed. We were traveling with 3 children ages 9, 6 and 18 months and the home offered a crib, highchair and children's toys & books.
We prepared and enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen which had a brand new Keurig coffee pot......just ordered one as a Christmas gift because we enjoyed it so much!!
We were pleasantly surprised to discover a Santa's Village walk about display right across the street. Our grandchildren were so excited to attend two nights in a row!
This house is on a busy road but very quiet inside. It was a nice neighborhood to take walks each morning and late afternoon. Didn't have time to visit much of the surrounding area other than the Aquarium which was about 10 minutes away. Perfect for young children. Our adult children were overjoyed with the Newport/Narragansett night life minutes away.
The beds were comfotable, linens were plentiful and furnishings were very tasteful. Not alot of knickknacks or useless pieces of furniture crowding the space. The house was spotless. It even smelled clean and fresh upon entering. Such a nice feeling to know everything was clean before "moving" in!
One BIG suggestion would be to consider adding a 2nd TV in the large downstairs family room especially when children are around and including instructions on how to operate livingroom TV in case renters cannot get it to work. That happened to us and a message to owner was immediately answered with instructions to unplug router and wait a bit. TV worked with no issues after that......our daughter did bring a small TV from her home to avoid adults and kids arguing about what to watch in the evenings.
After retiring to Delaware and moving from our hometown of Connecticut two years ago, we look for a home to rent during holidays so family can all come together. This home is on our "YES" list to return to again.

The house was nice. The kitchen well stocked.
The house is on a busy street, however, it is not that difficult to get in and out of. And you hear very little of the traffic while inside.

The house was perfect. Easy checkin. Host was kind and gracious. Great location. Nicely decorated. Quality linens. Kitchen stocked, very clean and perfectly organized. Plenty of space and quiet spots for our group.

This cute house was perfect for our family trip of 3 couples. Each of us had a beautiful bedroom and our own bathroom. The living areas were comfortable and nicely decorated. It was a short and easy drive into town, which was great! We were very happy with our stay.
