Water views, a private deck, and a walk to the beach. This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath Middletown apartment sleeps 4 and is ideal for couples, small families, or two couples traveling together. First Beach is within walking distance, Second Beach is a few minutes’ drive, and the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport are about 5 minutes away.

Private ground-floor entrance with a private staircase. The apartment is entirely on the 2nd floor.

GOOD TO KNOW
The apartment is not on Prospect Ave. Access is from a small unmarked street behind it, off Aquidneck Ave, and the entrance is the yellow door in the middle of the driveway. Full directions are sent before arrival.
Neighboring yards are private, so please stay within your deck and parking area.
Pets welcome. Please let us know in advance.
No smoking. Quiet hours after 10 PM.

Trash goes in the yellow bags, placed in the brown bin. Recycling goes in the blue bins. No need to take the bins to the curb.
No laundry required. If you do laundry, don’t mix whites with other items.
At checkout:
Set the heat to 63°F, or the window A/C units to 70°F in the warm months
Run the dishwasher
Turn off all lights
Lock the door

Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working but we didnt find out the AC control unit until the morning of checkout. So we should have checked. Maybe because of the window units, there were many light-driven bugs at night and some unexpected insects during daytime. We werent comfortable dealing with some large ones.

Was very happy with our stay in Middletown, RI. The property was exactly as pictured in the listing information. The unit was clean, with a well stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, barware and coffee makers to make our stay very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the outdoor deck area as we had perfect weather.

This was a great apartment in a convenient location. It was close enough to walk into town or was a quick drive. Very close to Easton Beach and plenty of restaurants.
