Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules.
🏠 General Rules
✅ Respect the property – Please treat our home as if it were your own. Any damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
✅ No unauthorized guests – Only the registered guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight. If you have visitors, please notify us in advance.
✅ Quiet hours – Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
🚭 Smoking & Pets
🚭 No smoking indoors – Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
🐶 Pets policy – Pets are not allowed indoors without prior approval. Unauthorized pets may result in a cleaning fee. If approved, please ensure the house remains clean, especially regarding pet hair.
🛏 Cleanliness & Maintenance
🧹 Keep the space tidy – Please clean up after yourself and dispose of trash in the outdoor bin.
🍽 Use the kitchen responsibly – Wash dishes and clean up spills after cooking.
🛁 Bathroom etiquette – Please place used towels in the laundry basket and avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper.

This is a very bring your own type of stay. Which is good. We booked very last minute for the easter long weekend and had 2 dogs was a good space for them, although the back fence was quite low in some parts so would not be good for dogs who were jumpers. The area is foresty but close to local amenities.Good for the price and had positive check in and check out experience with the host.
