The home was perfect for a large family and lovely and warm for Canberra cold nights and mornings.
However I was disappointed with the booking process and their communication.
We booked at 2 pm the day before, and after many emails, we arrived in Canberra at 3pm then next day, finally received an email saying ‘confirmed’ at 4 pm. We then had to waste time at a shopping centre while waiting for the address that came through at 5 pm - and just an address - no pleasantries and no other communication.
Also, it would have been nicer if the line. In the home wasn’t all 20 years old.
However, the location was good and the home clean and a good size.
