    Booked the woodland cabin for our stay and it’s really good as the cabin was complete with all amenities needed. It’s really good for the price we paid. I’d definitely stay here again.

    We stayed here previously and absolutely loved it, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this time our experience was very disappointing. When I made the booking, I specifically phoned to ask about EV charging. The lady I spoke to advised me that they had charging stations, but unfortunately failed to mention that the chargers are only available to guests staying in certain cabins. We arrived with only 7% charge left, expecting to be able to charge our car. When I asked about the charging stations, I was told that our cabin did not include a charger and that we were not allowed to use the other charging stations. Had I been given this information when I called, I would have chosen different accommodation closer to a public charging station or somewhere that allows all guests to use the chargers. What made the situation even more disappointing was the lack of support from the gentleman I spoke to. He couldn’t even offer an apology or point us in the direction of the nearest charging station. Unfortunately, after this experience, we would not stay here again. It’s a real shame because we previously had such a lovely experience and were happy to return.

    2 bedroom cabins very old and in need of updating. My main bedroom carpet had a large hole in it. Restaurant food is good. Pizzas are great. Only negative is they serve the entrees and mains at the same time. Newer large cabins are probably better but I was a solo work traveller so I only got the smaller cabin. The TV is tiny and badly positioned above the fridge. Very budget accommodation
