RENTAL IS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
The house welcomes you at the bottom of a small fenced garden under the maritime pines. Small terrace in front of the house in the morning sun.
The entrance leads to the bedrooms, shower room and separate WC
A large bay window opens onto the living room with living room, television and fireplace.
All openings are closed by wooden shutters.
The large bedroom is to the right of this entrance.
The very well equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4 people is closed by a door with a garlandage that opens onto the very sunny patio
Under a large parasol (new)a large table and armchairs allow for quiet meals: fish, oysters, fruits and vegetables from the nearby daily market
A small barbecue for grilling completes this holiday dining room. We ask for 2 deposit checks on arrival: 1 for 500e for possible damage and 1 for cleaning 80e. A contribution to the electricity consumption will be calculated at the end of the stay.
Departure cannot take place before 11:30 am and arrival before 4 pm, we make the inventory of fixtures and hand over the keys in person.
