as well as all the household linen,

house rules:

* No smoking in the house

* Parties are not accepted (except in small groups and with prior permission from my party)

*Additional people not indicated when booking are forbidden (do not invite more people than expected)

*Started the dishwasher program if full before your departure

*recap the jacuzzi once you have no more using it

* Do not smoke in the jacuzzi

*Do not disconnect the power supplies from the TV, box etc....

there are 3 bedrooms for 6 people (so 2 beds per room)
so be aware that if you book the villa only for 2 people the 2 bedrooms upstairs will remain condemned because it is not the same taken from 3 people, given the price of the cost of cleaning, preparation ect!
So if you are only 2 people and still want 2 separate rooms you will have to pay as if you were 3 people because the preparation of the second room has a cost!
if you are 3 people and you want 3 rooms (sleep alone)
you will have to pay for 5 people! because it is only from 5 people that normally I open and prepare all the rooms (because it also costs to prepare all the rooms!)
if you are only 2 you will of course have access to the entire living room kitchen,
the 2 bathrooms
as well as the 2 toilets
this is partly why airbnb asks you the number of people staying in the villa because the price is: "from 2 people" for only 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, toilet, double bathrooms, jacuzzi

if you want to enjoy the jacuzzi at the same price but you have to mention it to me the day before to heat it etc.... because the heating time is long!
The jacuzzi is not available from June 1st to September 23rd
it will be available from September 24th

the pool is not a heated pool so the pool is not available at all in winter and therefore it is not treated for swimming either!
the pool is available for swimming from June inclusive to October inclusive.
I do not guarantee the right fixed temperature, water temperature and random depending on the climate, so no need to complain that the water is too cool according to one or the other's taste!

Dogs are not allowed in the pool and in the jacuzzi due to hygiene!

it is equally forbidden to smoke in the pool as well as in the jacuzzi!

it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground! You have several ashtrays available throughout the garden!
it is also forbidden to have your dogs do the business in the garden (if incident please pick it up).

this villa is a main residence villa, with a lot of rental passages! it is not a hotel where everything is perfect!
thank you for being understanding that everything is not new and that there is wear and tear! I do my best to rent you a very clean house with as many services and equipment as possible,
