You will fall in love with the undeniable charm of this penthouse, featuring exposed beams and cozy mansard spaces, comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. Located on the first and top floor of the building, it opens onto a spacious hallway leading to a WC, a master bedroom with two 90 cm x 200 cm beds, a large wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom (shower). The second bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds and ample storage space. It shares a bathroom (shower) with the "coin montagne," which features two bunk beds (90 cm x 190 cm).
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to make preparing both simple and more elaborate meals easy. It opens onto the main living space, a convivial area with a large dining table and a warm living room, perfect for relaxing after an active day in the mountains. The entire space leads out onto a balcony, offering one of the best views of the village of Morzine and the Pleney ski area.
For added comfort, the apartment includes a private garage (dimensions: L = 5,00 m, l = 2,30 m, h = 2,10 m) equipped with an electrical plug and an electric vehicle charging station, ensuring easy and secure parking. You will also have access to a ski locker with boot dryers and a shared bike storage room.
