Tamaris - Morzine - secteur Planet

The property was in a good location and with walking distance to the centre 15/20 minutes walk. The instructions and directions to the property we not great. We were told that there would be someone there to meet us, which there wasn’t. The codes that we had for the building did not work and there was no signage to say that the block was even the right place for us to be. We made a phone call to the property management and they were extremely helpful, they provided us with the codes and confirmed that we were in the right location. Upon entering the property, there was no travel cot for our baby which we had requested, this eventually came late into the night only to discover that the cot was broken. This got replaced but again didn’t arrive late into the following evening. The property as a whole was great. Although not a 3 bedroom as described as there are bunk beds at the front door (hallway) and not actually in a room which is a bit mis leading. There is also no WiFi at the property which in today’s world is crazy especially for the money that we paid for the property for our stay. Overall I would give it a 7 out of 10.
