Very clean spacious good for 3 to 4 people at max the lift was not working due to the heat. We stayed there two nights and they kept saying that the lift would be fixed, but it never got fixed so we had to take our luggage up and down multiple times. The AC is very good. Apartment is very clean and spacious. The staff was super quick with responses and helped as much as they could. The train station is few minutes (7mins walk).
Elevator not working

The location was perfect all the trains you need literally below you, fantastic cafes and restaurants below you as well as super market, pharmacy and clothing outlets.
Unfortunately the elevator was out of service when we checked out so we had to carry all the luggage for a family with young children travelling for a month from Australia down 4 level of stairs. Also the induction cooktop was damaged so could be hazard if not fixed.

Location in a quiet neighborhood was perfect. The host provided great suggestions on places to eat. They left us Eiffel Tower key chains. What a nice touch.

Modern design
The coach that extend to be the bed of the third person ( me because we were three ) was terribly uncomfortable so i had to sleep of the floor ( the floor was better than the extended coach ) It wasn't firm and flat enough for comfortable sleeping; instead, it was wobbly and made annoying noises, making it impossible to sleep on it. Meanwhile, in the apartment I rented in Rum, the sofa that extended to serve as a bed was very comfortable.
