    Stayed for a night, room and bed was comfy and cozy. Breakfast buffet was not top notch as compared to the property., there is scope of improvement in few items.. Parking on site in limited, but they have a parking ground near by which is guarded. Location wise it's best placed amidst city and plus point is they got Starbucks at site...

    I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was genuinely disappointing from start to finish. I had booked a Deluxe room well in advance, but upon arrival, I was given a Standard room instead. Since we were in a hurry for dinner with guests waiting, we checked in quickly and left. Only when we returned did we realize how bad the situation actually was. The room looked nothing like the photos shown during booking. The bathroom was shockingly unhygienic. blood stains on the toilet, extremely dirty floors, and every tap was leaking. It was unacceptable on every level. When I went down to request the room I had originally booked, the staff member kept denying that it was a Standard room and insisted it was Deluxe. The lack of honesty and accountability made things even worse. Only after a maintenance staff member intervened did they finally agree to shift us to the correct room. I thought the worst was over, but the next morning there was no water in the shower. I actually got delayed for my event because of this. For a property that claims to offer comfort and quality, these basic issues were shocking. Overall, the experience with Manor by Spree was extremely frustrating, stressful, and far from what any paying guest deserves. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one is important. please be aware before booking. I genuinely hope the management fixes these issues so no other guest has to go through the same ordeal.
