The room was clean and affordable for a one night stay. It is a virtual check in which was easy. The room is very minimal. No microwave or coffee maker but there is a TV and mini fridge. There is a $10 per day parking fee. We opted for late check out at 1pm which was an additional $25.

Didn't get a chance to stay due to the fact that I got pulled over then I got pulled over when I went back to go and get the money for the hotel ask him if they can do a refund because cops rolled up on me then also this way that was the second time within the hour switch made it where I didn't want to go to second time to the hotel to go get the refund but my girlfriend asked me to decide which was really awful so I can't read the room I don't know what it was like all I can say is that it sucks it's cop infested they can be cool but I wouldn't trust it

Very nice for its price point. Very nicer new renovation. no other amenities. No work space or chair in the room, just the average comfort bed and 2 small night stands, not even a water cup. Very nice if all you need is a bed and a clean bathroom.

Really nice (boutique) style motel. Bed was very comfortable, power stations on each nightstand and overall modern design decor made it feel really warm. I've booked three more advanced reservations at the location.

the overall stay was cute and cozy. don’t plan on sleeping in past about 8-9 if you want a slow start to your day (somebody car was beeping/honking all morning and the housekeeper carts are very loud. checking in on the other hand was a complete joke. you talk to the front desk via skype on an ipad and we were expected to memorize a 8 digit code to get into the room. we had to ask for them to SEND us the code to get into the room.

I would stop here again! The check-in process glitched for me: it's a kiosk in a phone booth sized room with a computer screen and remote front desk (in the Phillipines when I checked in). The women on the other end was great, but signal was bad, had to call me on my cell phone instead and scanner would not take my license- used my passport instead, which I don't normally carry... Took about 15 min. to check in. Room is small, but new and clean, quiet, good AC, fridge in room, great hot shower- just tiny overall so not meant to hang out there, just sleep and get ready to go on your adventure. It felt safe and I took an early am walk in the neighborhood just south- lots of shops etc. walkable a little way down the road if needed.

Room was very clean with upgraded plumbing and electric. I only stayed overnight as it is close to Glendale Adventist hospital. The virtual check in process is through a kiosk which was unfamiliar to me and took longer than expected. Traffic noise from the street was easily blocked by the in room fan/ac.

They charge for parking which is not mentioned in the ad. The AC unit is extremely loud and the room is too hot without it. They also have more rooms than parking spaces, so you may not get one, even though they charge you.

The room was tiny but very clean. The only issue we had was the A/C unit was SO LOUD that you had to turn the tv volume up 3/4 of the way to be able to hear it then when sleeping it is so obnoxiously loud it made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Aside from the A/C noise the property was very quiet.

I’ve stayed here several times over the last year. Some experiences have been OKehile others less than impressive. This last stay was less than impressive. The room had no chair-just the bed. I went to the Virtual Check-in to request a chair and was told “that was stained so we removed it.” I asked about a replacement and during my 4-night stay never got a chair in the room. Additionally, the trash bins were overflowing when I checked in. I asked about having these emptied just to limit the rats and raccoons. Two days later the bins were emptied. It’s usually not this bad, but based on my latest experience I would not recommend this place. They have some work to do to get it right, or better.

The hotel was very nice & perfect for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable & the TV was perfect for a little movie night for a night in. Parking lot is a bit small. We came back after a night at Universal Studios & there was no spots available, but we were refunded the night’s parking fee & were able to park across the street at the sister hotel.

Check in time was 3, room wasn’t ready until 3:40. Check in is done virtually which was strange. Rooms are small and clean however the cleaning odors were very strong. Bed was comfortable . The air conditioning is very noisy however this helped to drown out our neighbors who decided to talk loudly outside in the parking lot and in the rooms. In addition, they went in and out of their rooms dozens of times leaving the doors to slam repeatedly. Because there is no management on site, there is no one to complain to about the noise.

Great location, very clean and modern furnishings, efficient. At first the virtual front desk threw me, but it was just as efficient as any other hotel. I would definitely stay again at this boutique hotel/motel when in the area!

Ok. Pretty basic. Would love it to be more eco friendly. Really would have also liked glasses and ice. We were really thirsty and no where near by to grab cold water. Virtual assistant kinda cool but also a little freaky. Would like to know if the assistant was remote or AI. Would have helped in terms of how to interact.

Room was clean, have working TV , frig , hot water and parking space. I did not have to park outside. Though the bathroom was small, it could be slighter bigger so it is easy to move around. The location was safe and quiet. Overall, I would stay again and it is in a location close enough to many places I want to go. Thanks
