O local é maravilhoso, a vista é um espetáculo à parte, ainda mais linda que nas fotos. O ponto é muito bem localizado, com comércio perto e o bairro de Botafogo é ótimo para se locomover para qualquer lugar da cidade. O ap é lindo, super organizado, muito aconchegante. O Guilherme foi super atencioso, sempre respondendo bem a todas as dúvidas e auxiliando de imediato em qualquer situação.

The host was extremely friendly, attentive, and always available for any question or issue. Communication was easy and quick throughout the stay. Truly an excellent host who made everything smooth and comfortable.
The apartment is modern, comfortable, and very well equipped down to the smallest details. It is spacious and very well designed, making great use of the space. The view from the window is absolutely incredible — right in front of the bed. Highly recommend waking up early at least once to watch the sunrise!
The location is just perfect, It’s a short distance from both Copacabana and Lapa, and there are bus stops and a metro station just steps away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There is also a supermarket inside the building, which is very convenient. In addition, there are bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and everything you might need in the area

Great location and the view is amazing. Apartment is clean and the neighbourhood is nice.
Host communication wasn't great. No information was provided beforehand. Check in was delayed due to slow response. Host is quite uptight and expects guests to follow all the rules but allows themself leeway to be late and provide no information until the last moment.
