The house was easy to find and comfortably furnished. The hot tub was nice to be able to use.
The cleanliness levels were excellent.
It's a hard one to rate overall, but the defining aspect of the stay (and reason we won't return) is that the house is on a busy high street, and to the back has an even busier dual carriageway. This meant that day and night there was an ongoing level of traffic noise that even the decent double glazing couldn't take away, and it meant 2 out of our party of 3 returned home more tired than they arrived!
The lounge / dining area is also a bit random. Wasn't a problem for us but in case it is helpful for others, in a house that sleeps 5 having comfortable chairs for 3 and a table and chairs for 4 just seems a strange choice.
