Loved the living room furniture: super comfortable. Great location in Tahoe Donner. Great TV./streaming options. Nicely furnished overall. Nice to have the garage spaces available. Appreciate the Pet and Child Friendly home.

The cleaning crew need to do some DEEP cleaning: dust on window sills/blinds, carpet stains, appliances were sticky/greasy, broken handle on microwave, deck and outdoor patio were covered with pine needles and pollen (i texted Avantstay to see why the deck/ table were so dirty and the response was "it was raining when we came, that's why I left you a broom!" excuse me??????? ) I had to pull the hose up from downstairs to hose off the patio and outdoor table and chairs that had clearly not been cleaned for a while. NOT acceptable!. One of the 4 outdoor chairs on the deck was broken (could not sit in it). Master Mattress is HORRIBLY uncomfotable- needs replacing (Had to get an egg crate just to sleep on it). The pillows in Master were about 20 yrs old : lumpy and SMELLY! Had to have friend bring up my own personal pillows and egg crate. Extra blankets/throws around the house were DIRTY so I had to wash them. Master shower door handle is missing (but in one of the vanity drawers...why can't it just be fixed?) Master shower faucet handle is almost falling off the shower wall (just FIX it!) . Would have been nice to know that there was roof construction on the 2 properties just behind this house. I wasn't told this, but now know to ask next time before I rent. .
