    Went with another couple for a 50th birthday. Beautiful hotel inside and out. Didn't get to use the pool was too busy, idea to extend adults only swim hours. Drinks at speak easy were a little pricey bot worth the experience. Rooms are pricey but you are paying for the Hard rock vibe and experience. Would recommend for a weekend.

    Stayed here 3 times over the past year. 2x in winter, the most recent one in the summer. Rooms are perfect for a pampering staycation. Bathroom floors are heated and interiors are beautiful. I like to borrow the vinyl record player when I’m here too. Plus we love the pool and the hot tub. And the fact that it’s all under the same roof as the children’s museum, the factory multi recreation center and a couple really good restaurants (Papis, Powerhouse brewery) makes it so very convenient—we barely have to leave the hotel. Will be back for sure.

    This type of hotel should train their staff what true 5 star experience is. The check in is staffed with people answering phone vs checking in guest. Hire a receptionist. Parking is free but hard to understand the site plan. Staff is stand offish.
