Great value with spacious rooms and convenient location. Restaurants and groceries are 5 min drive away, very close to children’s museum and story book gardens.

Ive stayed at RCC London on Fanshawe campus 4-5x in the past two summers. It is the best deal in the area, cheaper roomier and cleaner than any local motel or hotel. This past trip I checked out Tuesday morning instead of my usual Sunday. The difference was noticable. The campus itself is very strict with its parking and no smoking rules...but has poor or no signage of their policies. The EV chargers are not in the lot assigned for RCC , and the lots themselves aren't well marked.
The only negative we have experienced within the residence itself is the coffee. I am not a coffee snob and will drink almost anything. This coffee is so weak yet bitter that it is the one I won't drink.
