Very clean, large kitchen/ living space. Bedrooms cozy,ideal for what we needed.
Parking not available out the house, we were lucky to get close by on the side streets ,all depends on the time of day you arrive how close to the accommodation you get.

The property was amazing. It was one of the best stays in Filey we have had. So easy with our toddler. there was so much space and so many great appliances or utensils for us in the Kitchen.

Really well laid out property, great space throughout.
Facilities all great.
Location great.
Would not hesitate to recommend and we will definitely be rebooking to go back in future.
Parking was a bit hit and miss, we travelled over Easter so only found a spot quite a way down the front on a couple of days.

Lovely comfortable place, good quality furniture, some nice paintings on the wall - feels like home. All the essentials supplied and more. A few minutes walk into town or down to the sea, or in one minute you can be in the Crescent Gardens area watching the sea on a bench or visiting the cafe.
No views from the property but we knew that and it's reflected in the price. Still, plenty of light thanks to patio doors and a small outdoor area with table and chairs. A bit of a climb is needed to get from the sea to the level of the shops and this property - something to think about if you're visiting Filey with elderly or less mobile people.
