Dubrovnik Old Town view - One Bedroom Apartment

La vue était très jolie, ainsi que les équipements fonctionnels.

La propreté n’était pas présente, les draps du lit était taché ainsi que les serviettes de toilettes jaunies avec des taches. Le logement était envahi de fourmis, nous ne pouvions rien laisser traîner sans qu’il y ait une invasion. La terrasse indiquer sur l’annonce est envahi vérité pas une vraie terrasse mais plutôt une table avec des chaises mise au milieu de la route sur une place de parking avec des voitures autour.

Habría sido perfecto si el sofá del salón hubiese sido un sofá-cama, porque mi padre ronca y teníamos que dormir en camas separadas!

La situation géographique et le confort de l’appartement

La literie était quelque peu trop sale pour nous

It is a very functional, smaller apartment for 2, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The rooms and furniture looks like the photos do this was really good!AC, hot/cold water, clean, cooking elements, washing machine and detergent, hairdryer, iron, iron desk… This makes the trip so much easier! Nothing to worry about. Very close to the Old town by walking and to the beach so you don’t need public transport. It is also a very calm area so we slept very well, the mattress was good. Yes, there are some stairs but it’s not bad at all for Dubrovnik standards. Nives, the host, was very welcoming and kind, she gifted us also some snacks and drinks at the arrival and this was a very nice surprise. We had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment doesn’t have a terrace/balcony and we were really disappointed by it. The “terrace” is set outside of the apartment, on the street across the entrance, among the parked cars. It’s is a very calm street so you do enjoy the view over Dubrovnik while sitting there. However, that’s not really a terrace/balcony - rather smart improvisation and use of parking spot so people get some outdoor space. Also to mention, although not as a negative point but rather to be mindful if you come with kids, you need to be careful with food/cooking and where you leave the food as it might attract the ants. We had this anecdote with ants on the kitchen surface coming from outside. We know this can be typical for apartments sometimes at the seaside.
