Relaxing getaway with amazing staff and facilities!!

We had an amazing stay at Anna Island! The staff were extremely polite, kind, and always willing to help, which made a wonderful impression from the very beginning. The facilities and pool area were spotless and very well maintained, even though it was the end of the season — a big plus! Our all-inclusive package exceeded expectations: there was a wide variety of dishes, all very tasty and fresh. Our room had a pool view and a private outdoor jacuzzi, which made the experience even more relaxing. It was spacious, modern, with smart features, fast internet, and a huge comfortable bed. The only minor downside was that heating was only available through the air conditioner, so although the weather was mild, we did miss having regular heating. Overall, it was an excellent experience and, considering the great value for money (end-of-season rates), it’s truly unbeatable. Highly recommended!

I liked the room the design of the Island and the pool

My list of dislikes. The shower in the room was blocked of calc, The pipes of the shower were blocked it didn't take the water down. The water flush mechanism of the toilet wasn't working so i had to open it and fix it. There is not enough light in the bathroom. The neighbours on the other lands (not in Island territory) made to much noise. The parking is like 100-150m away from the reception (at the reception there are golf cars that pick you up and send you to the room), other way it is far from the island houses. I didn't like the food, the kitchen had a really rough smell all the time because of pork i think. There were foods that contained pork and there was no information about that! The first day i ate something that contained pork and the other day in the morning i was so sick and vomiting. I will never book Half boards or all inclusive in Greece anymore!

Toilets are in bed shape, and in some times of the day there wasn't water in toilets for shower which made as very angry. Telephone and TV in the room didnt work. Also there is not parking at the resort.

Perfect Stay at Anna Island – Luxury, Great Pools, Delicious Food, and Amazing Value!

Our stay at Anna Island was amazing! Everything was top-notch – the room was super clean, luxurious, and had everything you could possibly need. We loved how there were plenty of pools for every mood, whether you wanted a quiet spot to relax or a lively pool with music and cocktails right in the water. The food was also very good, and since we were lucky to be here during their first season, the prices were incredible. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

המקום ענק והצוות לא תמיד נענה לבקשת ההסעה עם רכב גולף . המרחקים שם עצומים.

עיצוב מהמם, המון בריכות , חדרים גדולים

קיבלנו שירותים מלוכלכים( כאלה שלא עברו בכלל ניקיון) הצוות לא עזר עם ההליכות במלון עד ליציאה

Хубаво място и закуска, но липсват някои удобства

Перфектно място за почивка, просторна стая, директен достъп до басейна и много богата закуска. Комплексът е изключително красив. Имаше възможност за директна поръчка на храна в стаята, която беше много вкусна.

Твърде голям комплекс и твърде голямо разстояние от стаята до паркинга. Локацията не е много-добра, твърде далеч от центъра. Липса на достатъчно тоалетни принадлежности в стаята. Ел.щорите изобщо не са удобни. Липсата на чадър/тента на терасата пред стаята прави престоя на басейна през дена невъзможен.

Perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Zimmer waren super schön, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Das Essen war sehr lecker – besonders die große Auswahl an frischem Obst und Gemüse hat uns begeistert. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr bemüht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Ein besonderes Highlight war der eigene Whirlpool auf dem Balkon – den Abend dort ausklingen zu lassen, war einfach traumhaft und unvergesslich!

Es war eigentlich alles perfekt – nur der Pool war leider etwas zu kalt, sodass wir darin nicht baden konnten. Das ist aber meckern auf hohen Niveau:)

Хотелът е чудесен, закуската беше отлична и разнообразна, стаите просторни. Бяхме настанени в стая с директен достъп до басейна и това беше перфектно, но този тип стаи са много слънчеви и няма осигурен чадър или тента, за да можеш да останеш там цял ден.

Шумът от ресторанта и останалите гости. Голямото разстояние от стаята до паркинга, но за радост можеше да използваш количка заявена от рецепцията. Нямаше достатъчно тоалетни принадлежности в банята. Нямаше мини бар в стаята. Постоянно имахме проблем с електрическите щори и тяхното затваряне и отваряне.

Ξεκούραστες Ήρεμες Διακοπές

Νόστιμο φαγητό, μεγάλη ποικιλία στο πρωινό κ βραδινό, εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση στο εστιατόριο απο τον ΣΕΦ , σερβιτόρους κ την υπεύθυνη. Η πρόσβαση στην πισίνα απο τα ισόγεια δωμάτια ιδανική για ξεκούραστες, ήρεμες διακοπές. Δεν χρειάζεται αγώνας δρόμου για να βρεις ξαπλώστρα ακόμα κ για όσους έχουν δωμάτιο στον πάνω όροφο, υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες για όλους κ μάλιστα πολλές επιλογές. Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Οι τιμές σε φαγητά και ποτά θα ελεγα ότι είναι λογικότατες, να μην πω χαμηλές. Η πισίνα στο κεντρικό μπλοκ τεράστια με ωραίο βάθος.

Την 1η νύχτα δεν μείναμε στο δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει , αλλά σε άλλο που το κόστος του ήταν χαμηλότερο απο αυτο που είχαμε πληρώσει, παρόλα αυτά διορθώθηκε το λάθος και την 2η μέρα πήγαμε στο σωστό δωμάτιο. Τα δωμάτια είναι πανέμορφα αλλά έχουν κακοτεχνίες στην κατασκευή. Η πισίνα για καινούριο ξενοδοχείο θα έλεγα ότι έχει κάποια φθορά κ θα την ήθελα κ πιο καθαρή.

Otel havuz kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Konumu merkezi

Çalışanlar yardımsever değil maalesef. Havuza böcek düşmüş söyledik almadılar. Havuzda plastik bardaklar yüzüyordu. Yani havuz başında gündüz vakti ağaç budama işlemini yapraklarını havuza düşürerek yaptılar. Çok rahatsız olduk. Check in check out sırasında çok bekledik. Kahvaltıdaki personeller çok suratsızdı. 3-4 kez kahve istedik kahvaltı bitiminde anca getirdiler. Otel içinde yürümeniz gerekiyor. Araçları da var ama asla hemen sizi götürebilecek araç bulamıyorsunuz.

Всичко , чисто, луксозно,прекрасно подържано навсякъде, внимание и грижа към гостите, удобни легла , прекрасна храна , кухнята е с добри готвачи и всичко в храната е изпипано, закуска безупречна , красива градина невероятни залези ,всичко в хотела, наистина може да задоволи всякакви претенции, едно невероятно преживяване което определено бих повторила.

Абсолютно нищо.

Този хотелски комплекс е като “луксозен” хотел от АлиЕкспрес! Всичко, до което човек се докосва е от възможно най-нисък клас. Леглото, Дивана и Гардероба в стаята, заедно с “нощните шкафчета са направени от боядисан гипс-картон. Басейнът беше изключително мръсен, пълен с умрели животни. По средата на басейна имаше кабели на напоителната система. Чадърите са потресаващо малки и некачествени, както и масичките до шезлонгите. Общата та стойност на обзавеждането няма 1000€! Най-кошмарно е леглото и “чаршафите”, по скоро някакви парцали, с които човек не може да се завие. Така нареченото Queen Size легло е от два отделни изключително евтини матрака, поставени върху две отделни рамки, които не са фиксирани и постоянно се раздалечават една от друга! Дворната част отново е в стил Luxury resort from Temu! До нашата стая имаше на 2 метра изоставен терен с трева, висока 2 метра, пълна със змии и жаби. В стаите липсват елементарни удобства като обувалка, например, а “козметика” и тоалетна хартия по-добре си носете с Вас, защото тази там е най-ниското качество на разпродажба в Lidl!
