Modern apartment by the beach

Modern apartment located at the back of a small housing complex just steps from the beach. Everything felt new, fresh, and finished to a high standard, with quality furnishings and fittings.

2-bedrooms is not fully 2-bedrooms as the second bedroom is open/no doors. We lacked some more utensils as well (glasses, basic plates etc.) that you normally get when renting apartment. Water in the shower was getting less warm after 3 people showering and was coming down quite slow.

No breakfast was on offer, but there are plenty of places where you can eat right next to the hotel. The room has a refrigerator so you can keep snacks.

We had a wonderful stay at Petra Luxury Suites! The location is excellent, just a few steps from the beach, Petra is an amazing and attentive host, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

The only small downside was a slight smell in the bathroom and a sink that sometimes got clogged, but overall the experience was excellent.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautiful & high standard – every detail was carefully thought out, and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was truly top-end. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after throughout the entire stay. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel completely at home. This place gets everything right! We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and flawless stay.

Exceptional accomodation in Pefkohory

The apartment had just been renovated and what you see in the pictures is really what you get: very nice design, high quality finishes and furniture, hot water within seconds, nice shaded balcony. Spotlessly clean so it feels like home. Crisp white bedsheets and towels. Aircon in each room, a small espresso machine that comes very handy in the morning. Proximity to the seaside: 1 minute walk. Very close to the restaurants, markets, bakery etc. Petra, the host, such a nice lady, very helpful when we had questions. We had 20% off at Vlahos restaurant which we fully recommend. Not because of the 20% offer (which was nice), but because they serve amazing food: Greek specialties, fish, pasta etc. Thank you very much for making us feel at home!

Don’t include breakfast! You have to wait min 40-60 mins. They are not fast. They cant serve all the table (there were only 3 table) at the same time. Waste of time from the mornings!

very cute appartment at the restaurant Vlachos, freshly renovated we love the style it is really nice chosen , very nice bathroom, appartment has a balcony close to the beach in Pefkochori, high quality also of the towels, bed linen etc. Petra is very nice and friendly there was a simple breakfast included which was in the restaurant down under it was served - bread, eggs, cheese, sausage, orange juice, hot coffee and water personally not my favorites but I think for most people it will be nice to have a breakfast

there is no parking space included, for 5€ per day you can park at a secure place around , otherwise you have to find a parking place in main road above which can be challenging

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura per ben 12 magnifici giorni. Fin dal primo momento, la posizione strategica ci ha permesso di ottimizzare ogni spostamento, rendendo la vacanza estremamente piacevole. L' appartamento è situato proprio nel centro di Pefkohori, vicino a tanti localini, ristoranti, bar e negozi e a pochissimi passi dal meraviglioso mare. La struttura è un vero modello di eccellenza. Gli ambienti sono splendidamente puliti, curatissimi e così estremamente confortevoli da garantire un relax totale. Dormire qui è stato un vero piacere! Il merito principale va però alla proprietaria, una persona di una gentilezza e cordialità squisite e rare. La sua accoglienza calorosa e la sua premura costante ci hanno fatto sentire non solo coccolati, ma profondamente "a casa". Un servizio a cinque stelle con un cuore familiare. È la scelta assolutamente consigliata per chi cerca un'esperienza ricca di calore umano e di alto livello qualitativo. Grazie di tutto cara Petrina, a presto ♡

Super toll, wir kommen gerne wieder !

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen ! Zu aller erst war die Gastgeberin Petra sehr liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und man ist sofort auf der belebten Promenade und am Strand. Die Unterkunft bietet einen Rabatt im Restaurant und eine kostenlose Strandnutzung. Ein großer Parkplatz kann zudem dazu genommen werden. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und alles notwendige ist vorhanden (z.B Föhn, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Gartenschlauch auf dem Balkon) Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen !

Es gibt nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen…Durch die Lage an der Promenade kann man den Parkplatz zwischen 19:30 bis 00 Uhr nicht verlassen oder betreten Andere Gäste können den Strand auch buchen und reservieren gerne die Liegen also früh aufstehen lohnt sich

Ein TOP geführtes Familienunternehmen, TOP Lage, super Ausstattung, super Schlafqualität

Zuerst einmal ein GROSSES Lob an Petra die Gastgeberin, DANKE für alles Petra. Eine Leidenschaftliche Chefin. Das Apartment ist absolut schön eingerichtet! TOP Lage besser geht nicht. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ging es noch kann aber eng werden. Jegliche Anfrage oder Anregung wurde von Petra Direkt beantwortet und erledigt. Zu Letzt bekamen wir noch einen Kaffe und Wasser, dazu wurden wir herzlich verabschiedet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. DANKE

Was nicht wirklich mit dem Apartment zu tun hat aber man sollte es trotzdem wissen. Die Wasserqualität ist nicht wirklich toll, man gewöhnt sich dran aber zu duschen mit Salzwasser nicht so toll. Auf einmal hatten wir im ganzen Haus kein Strom, anscheinend normal. Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Kochnische. Dies wäre noch eine super Ergänzung. Ansonsten können wir zu unserem Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern absolut NICHTS mehr bemängeln. Sollte mehr solche Apartments geben..

Всичко беше страхотно! Апартаментите са на няколко крачки от плажа, получавате 20% отстъпка в техния ресторант Vlahos и безплатен комплект шезлонги и чадър, само срещу напитка. Апартамента беше изключително чист, като камериерките почистват на всеки 2 дена. Разполагахме с няколко големи кърпи, средни, малки и халати и чехли, също така и кафе машина с капсули и консумативи, които са безплатни. Собственичката беше много услужлива!

Sejurul a fost minunat

Plaja este extrem de aproape, restaurantul are preparate diversificate si preturi bune. Petra este o gazda minunata! Locatia cazarii este ideala, in zona sunt multe plaje si restaurante foarte bune.
