1 Bedroom Nice Apartment In Marbella

Desde el primer momento, José Antonio nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos atendió de maravilla y estuvo siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos, recomendándonos numerosos sitios donde comer, disfrutar y conocer Marbella. Fue una persona muy atenta y detallista durante toda nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien ubicado y en pleno centro, lo que hizo que todo fuera muy cómodo. La relación calidad-precio es excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. Sin duda, si volvemos a Marbella, este será el apartamento que volveremos a reservar. Nice layout with all you need in a good area..

A bit dark inside and would have been nice to sit outside more but that is a small issue.

Adoramos o estar perto da praia e do centro da cidade. Nos restaurantes recomendados fomos bem recebidos. Comida excelente.

Our first impression upon arrival was very pleasant. We were welcomed by our host, Miriam, who was extremely helpful from the very beginning. Since parking right in front of the apartment can be a bit tricky at first (it’s often full), she even reserved a spot for us when we arrived. In the end, it wasn’t a problem during our stay—spaces opened up regularly, and we always managed to park without issues, even after day trips to other towns. The free parking right in front of the apartment is a big advantage. Miriam was genuinely kind and professional. She provided all the information we needed, explained everything about the city and transportation, recommended restaurants, and shared useful tips for our stay. The apartment itself is on the smaller side, but it was nice, clean, and well maintained. We really appreciated the location—about a 10-minute walk to the old town, which is a huge plus. Since we visited in winter, we also loved that we could heat the place using the air conditioning, so it was comfortable indoors. The biggest benefit is definitely the combination of a great central location and free parking. Another bonus is the café directly opposite the apartment, with unbelievably low prices and very good breakfasts—also recommended by Miriam. All in all, we definitely recommend this accommodation—especially for its excellent location, cleanliness, free parking, and Miriam’s great hospitality.

As for the downsides, the front door opens directly onto the street, which might bother some people. Another minor drawback is that you can hear some noise from a bar next door, so light sleepers may find it harder to fall asleep. Personally, it didn’t bother me much. Overall, this type of setup is quite common for reasonably priced apartments in Marbella.
