The apartment was spacious, and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

One thing I really didn’t like was having to collect the keys from a different location than the apartment. This was the first time I’ve experienced this. To make matters worse, the location the host sent me for the key collection was incorrect, so I had to call for directions while my taxi was waiting, which resulted in additional taxi costs. Please keep in mind that not all guests have a rental car, so they may have to pay for expensive taxis while carrying their luggage. I would strongly recommend placing the key collection point in or next to the apartment building instead of around 2 km away, as this would make the check-in process much more convenient for guests. The apartment also needs some renovation, as it is starting to show its age. The bathtub should be replaced, the air conditioners need cleaning because they produce an unpleasant smell, and the bed covers in the small bedroom should be renewed. As a suggestion, it would be great to provide a few laundry detergent capsules, coffee, sugar, and a bottle of water in the fridge. These are small touches that make a big difference for guests.
