BAZ Hotel University District

In my opinion, the hotel is excellent in almost every respect. the hotel is outstanding in terms of service, cleanliness, and the prompt responsiveness of the staff.

The only two drawbacks are that the air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted to a cooler temperature, and the hot water in the bathroom is not warm enough for a comfortable shower—it is almost cold.

The breakfast was very delicious and the Location is Great and near from the Centre

Includes and activate the Restaurant ( break lunch and dinner)

We spent around three weeks in a family suite at this hotel. The staff were very kind and polite, and they did everything possible to ensure our comfort. We switched to a bigger room on the first day due to some hot water issues in the original one, but after that, everything went great. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff even asked for our suggestions and feedback for improvements, which I found very thoughtful. They also prepared special food for our newborn baby so he could have something suitable to eat as well. The security and catering staff were always welcoming and helpful. The receptionists were very supportive and provided us with great tips and suggestions. I cannot remember all the names, but special thanks to Ms. Noor, Mr. Qais, and Mr. Mustafa. The room service was excellent, with a very professional staff.

The hotel is currently lacking a restaurant to serve meals during the day or evening. However, hot and cold drinks were always available. From what I understood, the hotel is still undergoing further development, and there may be a new restaurant opening in the future. The price was fair during the first two weeks, but unfortunately, it increased starting from the third week, which I found disappointing. Considering this, I also noticed that the rate I paid through Booking.com was significantly cheaper than the price offered directly by the hotel for direct bookings. The area surrounding the hotel may not be in perfect shape at the moment due to ongoing construction work. However, walking just a few hundred meters further will give you access to a variety of supermarkets and restaurant options.
