The location, the design and the rooms very elegant and they decorated the room so beautiful for us

the hotel is quite good in terms of comfort
it does seem quite expensive for what you get
unfortunately baghdad gets regular power cuts and the hotel is on generators. fumes from the generators eventually make it inside the room

The rooms were clean, and the location was good.
The constant noise that comes from chairs scratching the flor forward and backwards from the restaurant, because we had our rooms on the sixth floor and the restaurant was above us. The next thing was the channels, this is an international hotel and more than 80% of the channels does not work. And finally, grouting edges around the unidrain in the bathroom was not pleasant to look at.
