This is one of the very few hotels in Karbala/Najaf which has maintained its quality of service. I visited this hotel in 2022 and 2026, both times service was great. Cleanliness/maintenance teams really do their job well!

Hotel clean and facilities are comfortable.
I don't like when the charge me more money and they said the extra is against the commission of booking company and I argue with them but the staff at reception was not capable of listening as he said it is the instruction of the management of the hotel. VERY STRANGE Regards Abdulla Safwan
