The contact person SUSAN seemed to have an issue when I tried to contact her for braai utensils, I get it was a holiday but you manage an accommodation, so you should expect people to contact you. After asking her for utensils, we waited well over 1 hour and found our own methods before I tried calling her because we got locked out of the room. The texts with exclamation marks saying her mom was on the way did not sit well with me, she did not even ask what was the issue because well after 1hr 15 mins I tried to call her because we were locked out.
