Loved the lady that was serving breakfast on the 29-30th of June..She is friendly and unenhlonipho mani🤭🤭also the friendly faces on the reception that day…I love the room it was clean

Everything about the place is fantastic. Good value for money. Very professional staff and breakfast is amazing.
Please put a slippery mat and handle next to the shower, my wife fell when she was finished showering. It’s quite a hazard.

The location was perfect , easy to access
The reception staff were ok , the rest of the staff were not pleasant .
Their rules are very strict , I requested a room upgrade - they wanted an additional fee.
I requested a 15 minute later check-out - they wanted to charge me per hour .
I did not have breakfast , so this could compensate for a late check out - but not, .
The staff are like robots , they lack the human personal touch. It is a shame that humanity is being lost so quickly
