The neatness and the facilities
The staff wanted to charge us for breakfast, even though we chose the breakfast package. It was a bit embarrassing coz we had to explain ourselves and prove it with the app in front of people.

The location was perfect , easy to access
The reception staff were ok , the rest of the staff were not pleasant .
Their rules are very strict , I requested a room upgrade - they wanted an additional fee.
I requested a 15 minute later check-out - they wanted to charge me per hour .
I did not have breakfast , so this could compensate for a late check out - but not, .
The staff are like robots , they lack the human personal touch. It is a shame that humanity is being lost so quickly
