San Giovanni View, Corfu

Az apartman elhelyezkedése kiváló, a teraszról szép kilátás nyílik a tengerre. Kisbolt a közelben( több is), az A2 busz megállóhelyei a közelben, így Kanoniba való eljutás sem volt gond. A konyha nagyszerű, a nappali nagyon szép, ízléses. A hálószobákban az ágyak nagyok és kênyelmesek. A légkondícionáló remekül működött. A mosógép is nagyszerű volt.

Van egy külön wc és egy wc zuhanyzóval, ebben a helyiségben van a mosógép is. A külön wc- ben csatornaszag volt állandóan. A másik fürdőben a zuhanykabin egyik eleme hiányzott, a zuhany panellel is gondjaink voltak, nehezen tudtuk beállítani a hőfokot, mivel a kar is valószínű törött volt. Amúgy a fürdő kicsi... Ezen kellene változtatni. A másik. Az apartman alatti idősebb embernek kutyája van, ez nem gond, szeretjük az állatokat. Viszont neveletlen, ugrál, ugat, néha nem tudtuk hogy támadó szándékkal- e. A második nap után a bácsi bezárta a kutyust, az ablakát pedig bukóra állította, így nem tudott kijönni a kutya. Egyszer kiszökönt mellettünk, ott rohangált a parkban és az autók között...

Lokalizacja to najsilniejszy punkt. Całość oceniam na bardzo dobry, ale nie rewelacyjny. Niestety problematyczne są dwie rzeczy, po pierwsze łazienka, a konkretniej prysznic. To jest ewidentnie do poprawy. Na plus czystość, lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka, wydajna klimatyzacja, umeblowanie. Tutaj absolutnie nie ma na co narzekać.

Do poprawy jest kabina prysznicowa której stan odstaje od standardu apartamentu. Nie będę dodawał nic więcej bo to uważam jest wystarczające dla właściciela.

There were many small cafes within walking distance of our apartment where one could get lunch or dinner. Our favorite restaurant was the Nautilus, overlooking the harbor and next to the historic Windmill. It is also next to a regular stop for the Hop On, Hop Off Red Tour Bus. Mon Repos Park provided a wonderful, less well known picnic area with a fabulous view of the Adriatic Sea. That park also had a great swimming area with a pier. This apartment is across the bay from downtown Corfu City and the Old Fort. There are city buses, but we preferred to walk. It took about 25 minutes. Along the way were several well designed playgrounds that we used several times as we were traveling with an energetic two year old boy. I spent most evenings sitting out on the balcony which overlooked all of the small local cafes and the Sea. The sliding glass doors had a double wide screen panel which was very helpful in keeping out mosquitos in the month of June. In addition, this screen protected our two year old from wandering out onto the patio. It is not safe for an unattended toddler. His head could fit under the metal railing (which is the first thing he tried to do out on that balcony). This was not really an issue with the screen closed and parents monitoring carefully. We loved the location and utility of this apartment. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The television is not a Smart TV and showed mostly local channels. We hope to return someday and will rent it again if possible.

It was a little far from downtown Corfu City. We knew this in advance and chose it anyway. No regrets.
