great views! the apartment almost feels like a house - soundproof, with spacious kitchen and bathroom. it gets lovely afternoon sun, I was sunbathing in the middle of winter on the balcony. there are additional comforts like the smart TVs and even an oven to cook with + washing machine for laundry. didn’t wanna leave highly recommend!
it’s probably due to the building management - but the gym equipment was all broken except for the treadmill.
