Sehr zentrale Lage, gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuss erreichbar und schnell bei der Metro. Die Wohnung liegt zwischen tunesischen Geschäften, alternativen Läden und Bürohäusern und bietet so ein interessante Umgebung. Für zwei Personen und einen Kurzauftenthalt ist sie von der Grösse her völlig ausreichend.
Ein wenig lieblos wirkt die Wohnung. Das Bettzeug war völlig zerknittert und hatte einen Riss, Geschirrhandtücher fehlten und das Geschirr war wirklich nur für den einmaligen Gebrauch vorhanden. Da bräuchte es etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit.

Eventually everything was OK. A bit difficult to get going. Maybe I should have look, read more about how to start the good facilities they have (heating, hot water, toilets etc.).
The keys were difficult to get from the mailbox. I had problems finding out about some facilities, but fine after 1-2 days.

La localisation, le chauffage, la proximité avec tout
L'isolation (on entend tout dehors et les voisins comme si on y était + rue très passante, la fenêtre est devant un feu rouge + bar/restaurant juste en dessous), les odeurs des égouts (la sdb sent), les toilettes qui fuient si on ne ferme pas le robinet d'arrivée d'eau, lit pas confortable (le matelas creusé mériterait d'être changé)
